Pizza - Simply the Best!

What makes our pizza so great? We only use fresh, homemade, and all-natural ingredients. We always have, since 1975. We make our signature fresh pizza dough, Italian sausage, and homemade pizza sauce from scratch, every day, right here in our restaurant. We only use recipes that have been in our family for decades--- for a wonderful, traditional pizza flavor that is unmatched anywhere.

The Cascade - Our House Specialty! Chef Joey’s own creation. Our signature dough is covered with juicy tender chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, a blend of buttery parmesano-reggiano and pecorino romano Italian cheeses and spices. We then add slices of spicy capaciolla (our wonderfully spiced Italian ham).
